You can resell any items available on CN-USA.com system but don't have to buy before you make your sale. Only when your own associated item is sold, the order is automatically generated and your money account is charged by the reselling price. You need add fund to your money account to process your sale successfully.
For Sellers:
Set your item reselling price for your items. When your item is sold by member orders or reselling system, your money account will be credited instantly and certain fee will be deducted from the trasanction amount to cover member adding fund cost. You item reselling price is $0.25 less than your preset item price at default. If you item price is set to zero, it'll not be available for reselling or member order.
